Local Shipping Only: We currently offer local shipping services within Bangladesh only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We use trusted local courier services, including Pathao and Steadfast, for delivery. Our courier charges are fixed, and the shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Once an order is placed, we will deliver it to your provided address within 3 days.

Refunds for Complaints Regarding Product Authenticity:

If there is a size or color issue that was caused by the customer’s selection, we do not offer a refund on the courier service fee. The cost of returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds for Errors from Our Site:
If the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, missing items, or any mistake during processing), we will cover the full refund, including the courier service fee, and send you a new item or refund the full purchase price.
Missing Items:
If you order 9 items and we mistakenly send only 8, we will either refund the price of the missing item or send the missing item via courier without charging any extra fees.
